Riding the Phoenix Airport rental car bus.

When you rent a car at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, you will need to take a bus for around 5 miles / 15 minutes to the rental car center. The bus is comfortable, but we waited around 15 minutes for our bus and it was quite full (as was the one before). There is help unloading your luggage at the rental car center, but not loading your luggage from baggage claim.

The bus stop is across the street from baggage claim – be careful crossing the airport road.
